A Little About The House

The townhouse overlooks the first hole of the Ocean Winds Golf Course. You can walk to the beach, swimming pools, clubhouse, driving range, playground, fresh water fishing, fitness center and game room. The townhouse has a private elevator so moving to any of the three levels is a breeze! It is wonderful for moving luggage and groceries.

This is an upscale end unit townhouse (2150 square feet, attached to only one other unit). The main floor has hardwood floors and an open floor plan. It has a large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. The kitchen also has state of the art appliances: cook top, double ovens, microwave, double stainless-steel sinks, dishwasher and a refrigerator with ice-maker.
